Here we go with the 5th episode of the Look Ahead Records “AM” series. This time, the EP reveals two outstanding tracks: “Thin Piano” from Chris Darnoc, and “Northern Sun” by Coskun Akmeric.
Christian Pitsilaidis aka Chris Darnoc, who previously appeared on “2 AM” presenting his great track “Angel Dust”, is a Greek producer born in Athens in 1994. After moving from Greece to Germany, Chris started playing different styles of music at small, private parties. After his first gigs, he experienced the joy of making his own tunes. Over the time, his sound changed from progressive to the deeper side of house music and he gained the first support from several underground music lables. His music is already supported by many great artists from all over Europe. In the growing scene of underground house music, he is definitely someone to keep an eye on.

Coskun Akmeric, who has been involved in electronic music since the mid 2000’s, is a Turkish DJ and producer. Through all these years, he has spent his time travelling back and forth between Istanbul and London where he attended Alchemea College and worked under the monicker Claus 9. In 2011, Coskun and his childhood friend Cem Serter formed Gecko Chamber. Since then, the duo have been playing shows around Europe, sharing the stage with such names as Pan-Pot, Martin Buttrich, H.O.S.H., Frivolous, System of Survival, Hunter/Game, Danny Daze, Quenum, and Ralf Kollmann. At present, Coskun resides in Istanbul. He is still producing and performing with Cem as Gecko Chamber, and at the same time working on his solo productions to create his brand of raw and dubby techno sound.
