PORTSIDE Ibiza w. Luciano, Bedouin, Adassiya & Bruz a huge success – Recap
On Sunday June 1st, Chinois held their third annual free open-air party and gift to the island, the hugely popular ‘PORTSIDE’ at Ibiza Port, at which thousands enjoyed top-flight DJ sets absolutely free.
Chinois loves to thank, celebrate and unite island locals, authorities, businesses, workers and visitors with this love letter to the island. PORTSIDE each year is about inclusion, celebrating the White Isle, its sense of community, its magic spirit, the legacy of Ibiza’s old town… This year’s evening event was a spectacular success, special effects provided also gratis by a gorgeous, typically Ibizan sunset sky, as Chinois’ world-class DJs played for the crowds.
Guest DJs: island favourite LUCIANO returned for his third PORTSIDE performance, closing with a magic set inc. classics like Armand Van Helden’s ‘You Don’t Know Me’. Co-headlining, Chinois’ new Sunday residents/SAGA founders BEDOUIN electrified the crowd, with tracks inc. their upcoming release ‘Heavy On My Mind’ (out June 27th), after warm-up sets from hypnotic French talent ADASSIYA, who opened with a sensational live vocal performance, and local hero & Beachouse resident BRUZ.

PORTSIDE, like much of Ibiza’s club culture, would not be possible without their invaluable support and assistance, and thanks to them, all those behind the scenes, and local businesses, this year’s party was yet another incredible success.
Luciano says: ‘Since I left my country Chile 25 years ago, Ibiza has been like my home. It’s a magical place. This is a yearly gathering with music, family, lovely weather… The harbor is somewhere super special. This is one of the last free parties in Ibiza. I think it’s extremely important to give something back to Ibiza and back to the island.’
Bedouin adds: ‘It was fantastic, an amazing set up! To be able to play and give back to the island in an authentic way, in a free event like this, it means the world to us. It doesn’t get better than this! It’s a new year for us, we’re very excited to be moving to Chinois for our new home on Sundays, starting on the 27th June. There’s lots of surprises coming!’
Many attendees followed the evening with a night’s clubbing at Chinois, a stone’s throw away, where Luciano and Bedouin were headlining, alongside French producers Dorian Craft B2B Baron, and London-born Cameron Jack. This part of the night was a sensational full house, and the perfect way to round up a heart-warming community-driven day.

SG Lewis presents Forever Days at Chinois Ibiza, 22nd July
Liverpool UK’s multitalented SG LEWIS brings his event brand/label FOREVER DAYS to Chinois, for one night only on 22nd July.
SG LEWIS, singer/songwriter/DJ/producer, hadn’t long been professionally DJing when landing a DJ residency at Liverpool’s Chibuku Club became a launching pad to signing to Virgin EMI, releasing with Nelly Furtado, and playing his rich blend of deep house, synth pop, funk, disco, and alt R&B at the likes of Coachella and Printworks, plus regular BBC Radio support inc. Essential Mix, co-hosting shows, Hottest Records in the World… Paying it forward and exploring yet another talent, Lewis founded Forever Days in 2024, with the mission to release his and others’ music ‘strictly for the dancefloor’, to ‘create euphoric moments’. Forever Days soon released tracks including ‘Back Of My Mind’, ‘Simple Times’ with DJ Seinfeld, and collaborations with Chloé Caillet and Loodsbefore spreading the word and the sound at events like this one worldwide.
Glaswegian DENIS SULTA has his own sought-after Sulta Selects label/party brand. His masterly melodic house has brought him multiple accolades: Mixmag & DJMag covers, a ‘best DJ’ award from the latter, a BBC Radio 1 Residency show & Essential Mix, venues like DC10, Berghain, Amnesia, Printworks, and huge streaming stats, e.g. 5 million for his 3 Boiler Room sets.
Australian LUKE ALESSI (solo artist and 1//3 of Not Without Friends outfit) is one of the hottest names in dance right now, thanks to support from the likes of Jamie xx, The Blessed Madonna, Bonobo, Chris Stussy, and a wealth of brilliant cuts, inc. a new collaboration with Chloé Caillet already being called the hit of the summer. He’s known for bringing real energy to the dancefloor so this Chinois stop is not one to miss.
STORM MOLLISON, underground star, uses her London-born, Florida-raised background to combine Chicago house/disco with UK Garage at the likes of KOKO, Glastonbury, fabric… with regular radio support from BBC’s Jaguar, Tom Ravenscroft et al, plus a Beatport ‘On Our Radar’ nod.
DAVID JACKSON has released on Forever Days and Sulta Selects, as well as the likes of EMI Records. His track ‘Up Up Up’ has a 90s house piano vibe, while ‘Broken Heart’ has more of an 80s disco/funk feel, so expect an energy injection when he hits the decks.

This summer, Ibiza gets a powerful dose of African electronic energy as global Afrohouse trailblazer Shimza, one of South Africa’s most influential musical exports, announces his brand new ‘Shimza & Co’ residency at the iconic Chinois. New UK Festival Debuts with Forest Setting, Electronic DJs & All-Female Stage Spotlight
Timescape is a bold new UK woodland weekender that will run from July 18th to 20th at Abbots Ripton Estate, Cambridgeshire. Centered around Trance, House, and affordability, this new addition to the UK’s summer festival circuit takes over the former Secret Garden Party site. It offers a diverse electronic lineup that blends iconic names with rising talent, creating a fresh, accessible experience for clubbers.
Founded by a collective of seasoned industry professionals and presented in collaboration with leading international brand Unkonscious and Peach Club, Timescape promises a high-quality festival experience rooted in connection, nature, and community. Further additions include a wealth of regional talent, including Ani., BAGGI, Dash, Dejan Milicevic, GLIA, Hudi, Labud, Mariano Mateljan, MENE, Tea Vuckovic and Tom Bug. Furthermore, this year’s festival gets underway with an essential Opening Party at Aquarius on August 16th – playing will be Easternderz party and label founder East End Dubs, who blends dub, garage, tech and minimal, Dutch house titan Franky Rizardo, and Elena Mikac.

Cova Santa will be transformed into a psychedelic wonderland by WooMooN this summer
WooMooN is Ibiza’s answer to a psychedelic Cirque du Soleil and this summer it returns as the island’s most spellbinding escape at the mystical Cova Santa up in the enchanted hills. Every Friday from 16 May to 3 October 2025, dancers will enter a musical portal that transports them into a full-blown cosmic carnival of music, performance and imagination under the brand new Kinetic theme.
Now in its ninth year, WooMooN isn’t just a party – it’s an immersive dreamworld. Imagine an Indie Hippie Disneyland: ethereal priestesses dancing through kinetic light sculptures, floating aerialists spinning above jungle-inspired dancefloors and mind-expanding music echoing through a natural cave carved into Balearic rock. This is where ancient ritual meets futuristic art, where sonic healing merges with creative chaos and the divide between the real and surreal becomes blurred beyond all recognition.
This season’s Kinetic theme manifests as a living, breathing ecosystem of motion and light with you at the centre. It boasts a 3D spinning lamp, shimmering floating mesh installations and a toroidal stage in constant flux with mirrored illusions and interactive projections mapping out a 360° immersive space that plays with your senses and enchants your spirit.
WooMooN comes alive in the ancient magic of Cova Santa, a venue sculpted into the mountain since the 15th century. Each experience flows from golden-hour sunlight to midnight mysticism with tarot readings, mirror chambers, moonlit rituals and more making every path a trip deep into surprise, liberation and connection.
Line-ups this year continue to celebrate conscious music with global talents bringing a rich mix of organic electronica, live performance and tribal energy, but also champions the rise of powerful female voices shaping the scene.
Each Friday unfolds like a chapter in a never-ending fairytale starting on Friday 27th when dancers get swept away by RY X (DJ Set), UNDERS, NANDU (Live), SOCKO (Live), and Isadora Mulvey (Live DJ Set) and Bora Uzer, Christian Löffler, Julia Sandstorm, Baron and IzHy Panyer play the alternative stage.
On Friday 25th, dance under the stars with the legendary Sven Väth, Deer Jade, Valentin Huedo and Maurizio Schmitz, then journey into mystic grooves with Viken Arman, Hard Antonie, Yet More, Meera and Audera on Friday 1st August.
Friday 3rd October is the transcendental finale with Oliver Koletzki, Deer Jade, Parra for Cuva (Live), Unders, Frida Darko, Cris 44 and Aigua.

K LSY drop a feel-good house release that is ready for outdoor parties, Ibiza terraces, and festival mainstages.
Hailing from Italy, K LSY are an exciting duo that recently dropped their debut release through the Sonoros record label. This three-track release comes via Mantide, which is an eclectic imprint releasing music ranging from tech house to downtempo electronica.
This might only be K LSY’s second official release, but they are already established DJs, and their productions translate a masterful ability to enrapture a dance floor from behind the decks.
All three of the tracks on this release are expertly produced with a chunky sound and feel-good energy.
“Ranin” is a joyous house track with a funky bassline and uplifting vocals combining with jackin’ percussion to create the perfect summer anthem.

Solomun +1 returns to Pacha Ibiza this weekend for 2025 residency
The iconic Solomun +1 residency makes its much-anticipated return to Pacha Ibiza this Sunday, June 8, 2025, marking the beginning of an 18-week series that will run every Sunday through October 5, 2025.
Since its inception in 2013, Solomun +1 has become a cornerstone of Ibiza’s nightlife, celebrated for its unique format where Solomun performs an extended solo set followed by a back-to-back session with a specially curated guest. This concept has fostered a dedicated following, making Sunday nights at Pacha a must-attend event.
The 2025 season kicks off with an opening party featuring Solomun performing all night long, with support from Clüb de Combat.

Into The Wild Festival To Feature 150+ Activities In First Wave Of Announcements
Into The Wild makes its highly anticipated return this August, bringing back its beloved blend of community, creativity, and connection to nature. Celebrated for its diverse programming, inclusive ethos, and annual charity initiatives, the family-friendly festival now offers a first glimpse of what’s in store for 2025, as it marks its 11th year at Chiddingly Estate in Sussex.
Renowned for its vibrant mix of live music, workshops, wild crafts, food, and inspiring speakers, Into The Wild is cherished not just as a festival but as a thriving community. What began as a small annual gathering has grown into a space for 5,000 attendees, where friendships are forged, collaborations bloom, marriages are celebrated, and even a birth has taken place.
Wild crafts and workshops remain at the beating heart of the festival experience, and 2025 promises one of the most exciting and expansive offerings to date. With over 200 workshops included in the ticket price, attendees can explore everything from traditional crafts and foraging to fire, den, and chocolate making to flint knapping with Will Lord, medicinal plant walks, yoga sessions, wild spas, and ceramic sessions. All experiences are designed to inspire deep reconnection with nature and self.
Alongside its vibrant cabaret offerings, Into The Wild has confirmed a diverse lineup of global artists, like Daraa Tribe with nomad tunes from North Africa, Ant Bahar Di, Ustad Noor Bakhsh from Rajasthan, UK rapper Viktus, Mongolian Odyssey’s throat singing, the Magic Tree collective, and Welsh folk artist Bethan Lloyd, plus many more.
Festival Founder Huw Williams comments: “We’re incredibly excited to bring Into The Wild back this August. Over the past 11 years, the festival has grown into something truly special. It’s a space where people of all ages can celebrate nature, creativity, and community. The response has been amazing year after year, and we can’t wait to share what we have planned for 2025.”
Environmental and social responsibility remain at the heart of Into The Wild. This year, the festival will welcome leading organisations and charities such as the Captain Paul Watson Foundation, WWF, Greenpeace, The Twelve Step Fellowship, and the Sussex Wildlife Trust, further strengthening its long-standing commitment to conservation, activism, and ecological awareness.
Originally founded in 2014, the festival has grown to create its own CIC Wilderlands, helping to Rewild, support wildlife, and create habitat for nature. The festival continues to champion a family-friendly, inclusive, and nature-focused ethos, making it a standout experience in the UK festival landscape year after year.
