Uncertain drops heaving five-tracker ‘Escape’ on Rekids Special Projects this November.

Formerly known as Boriqua Tribez, Uncertain has been a driving force in electronic music for over two decades, releasing music under a host of aliases across a number of respected labels. With recent appearances on Kneaded Pains, Suara, and Tronicamongst others, Uncertain now sets his sights to Radio Slave’s Rekids Special Projects, delivering five bone-crushing techno tracks for the label.

Leading the release is the title track ‘Escape’, a high energy start to the EP. ‘Base’ follows with a dose of funk as warped samples and rumbling kicks twist into a rolling groove, before ‘Crush’ brings swinging drums and vocal snippets together for a rowdy cut. ‘Transmit’ marries synth stabs with heavy low-end and subtle hooks before ‘Organic’ closes the release with a direct combination of wonky pads, classic drum machines, and cleverly utilised FX.
