Giannis Efthimiou known for his Consoul Trainin alias starts a new project inspired by contemporary shades of afro house: under his new Marasi moniker, he has recently been featured on the notorious Spinnin Deep with the single ‘Tormenta’ (translated from Italian it means snowstorm). The song shows huge brass and string melodies, accompanied by sinuous tribal percussion and defined synths, definitely giving to the whole theme a triumphant but introspective mood.
