On May 28th, the first-ever “The Vinyl Market” will take place in renowned Napoleon Komplex, transforming its warehouse halls into a diggers paradise. The participation for labels and record shops is free of charge, so no wonder there are more than twenty outlets on the bill.
Record shoppers can expect a diverse choice of collectibles, special pressings, inexpensive used records, and current new releases of electronic music by labels such as BPitch, Burial Soil, Cadenza, Certain Circles, Childhood Intelligence, Home Again, Live From Earth, Memento Records, Tresor or Rawax Records.
Besides shopping pleasures, the market will offer a record cover exhibition, panel talks and interviews, varieties of food and drinks, and selected vinyl-only sets.
The grand finale in the form of an after-party is hosted by Home Again and features names such as André Galuzzi, Fabio Monesi, Sandilé, Thabo, and Thalo Santana.
It’s time to hunt the black gold! Stop by for a day of dust, crackling and dig some.
